Elmiene drops new single ‘Saviour’ with Sampha at the helm
Elmiene returns with a burst of colour on his new single ‘Saviour’, which debuted as BBC Radio 1’s Hottest Record. It is the final preview of his debut album sounds for someone, arriving Friday 27th March. The track glows with joy as Elmiene shifts from R&B specialist into a pop adjacent force, guided by Sampha who co writes and produces. The music video lands alongside it, filmed in London and featuring a tender performance between the two artists.

It features Raphael Saadiq and production from Sampha, Jeff “Gitty” Gitelman, No I D and others who help build a world full of texture and emotion. This release follows a strong run that includes the double single ‘Honour’ and ‘I Want In’, the tracks ‘Reclusive’ and ‘Cry Against The Wind’, and the EP Heat The Streets Some Mo’, which expanded his acclaimed mixtape and earned multiple award nominations across the MOBO Awards, NAACP Image Awards and EBONY Power 100.
Elmiene is taking this momentum on tour across North America, the United Kingdom and Europe. The first leg begins on 30th April in Detroit and wraps on 31st May in Los Angeles. He returns in November for shows in Amsterdam, Paris, Berlin, Manchester, Bristol and Brussels before closing the run at London’s Eventim Apollo on 8th December. His live performances continue to spark discovery, from his breakout COLORS session to his NPR Tiny Desk appearance and his sold out night at O2 Academy Brixton, proving he is one of the most magnetic voices of his generation.
